Super Smoothie

All the goodness of vegetables and fruits in the glass! This is a super healthy smoothie! Having been reading a book about raw vegetable juice lately, I am quite determine to start to eat “5-a-day” of fresh fruits and vegetables.

This smoothie is very filling, I don’t feel the urge of keep eating after drinking this few glasses a day!

Ingredients:

  1. 2 Carrots
  2. 1 Kiwi fruit
  3. Handful of blueberries
  4. 1 tomato
  5. 2 stalks celery
  6. 1/2 honey dew melon
  7. 1 apple
  8. 1/4 lemon with skin on
  9. 6 Spirulina tablets
  10. 2 tbsp pumpkin seeds
  11. 2 tbsp sesame seeds
  12. 1 tbsp raisins
  13. 1-2 cup of mineral water

The all the ingredients in a blender until smooth. Keep it covered and refrigerated and serve cold…

Note: This smoothie is just my experiment, it doesn’t cure anything!
