Chicken Wings in Soy Sauce

Simple homely food..Good enough food when during your looking after your out-goings!


  1. 500g Chicken wings
  2. Generous piece of ginger (minced)
  3. 2-3 Shallots (sliced)
  4. Salt and pepper (to taste)
  5. Few tbsp light soy sauce (to taste)
  6. 2 tbsp Dark soy sauce
  7. 2 tbsp Oyster sauce
  8. Couple of tbsp Olive oil
  9. 1/2  to 1 cup water or white wine

Firstly, fry ginger and shallot in oil until lightly brown. Add in the Soy and oyster sauces, and cook until bubbling. Stir in the chicken pieces and coat the pieces with the sauce and cook until lightly caramelised. Pour the liquid half at a time, and stir well and cook for few minutes, and then add the remaining liquid and cook until ready.

Serve with boiled rice and the oily sauce…Garnish with salad in light lemon and pepper syrup sauce: Cherry tomatoes, sprint onion and cucumber.
