Saturday’s Dinner with A Friend, Ross.

Properly not the best looking dishes. A, I think!. According to Ross, the starter was FAB, and the fish was lovely (but too much sauce). I will perfect the fish course in future and share the recipe with whoever might be interested in trying it at their own kitchen.

roast veg starter

Starter:

Roast Aubergine, red pepper (in olive oil and balsamic vinegar (salt and pepper to taste)  and chicken liver pâté serve with toast.


seabass

Main Course:

Pan fried sea bass fillets with spicy tomato fish sauce.

    maybe you can thicken the sauce for the bass. to give some color, id say baby carrots or bell peppers?
