Today’s Lunch Is: Spicy Tomato Chutney Tartlet

I use the last batch of the tomatoes harvest for making the chutney. (I can’t remember the recipe now, again, I just make it up as I cook!)

Fill the tartlet case with chutney and bake accordingly…

A good starter with a hint of sweetness and the heat of chilies…
